Wendy Pennington
Professional actress for over 25 years in film, TV, commercials and stage,

That includes working with The Sly
Sylvester Stallone in, "Tulsa King."
Wendy has also worked in corporate trainings since 1998. She enjoys teaching professionals the art of Improv at work and in life.
Improv training for Wendy began in High School. She went on to audition for and get into the famed, Groundlings, in Hollywood.
After 14 years of working and training in Hollywood,
Wendy opened IMPROV DALLAS in 2012 to help local actors, models, companies and corporations thrive with Improv skills.
Improv Dallas was Founded in 2012 by long time Film, TV & Commercial Actress Wendy Pennington.
Improv Dallas’ corporate events help companies who care about their culture improve wellbeing while practicing listening skills and increasing engagement, alongside the many other benefits that classical improv training exercises can bring.
We believe that with improv training and sharing laughter in a safe space together at work, your team can develop a higher-functioning, more enjoyable work experience.
After all, less laughter means a less happy workplace (and no one wants that!).

ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY
Improv doesn’t just encourage you to engage with the world around you mentally, but physically as well! A bit of simple stretching and fun body movements will have everyone up on their feet (and probably laughing).
